Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Providing written informed consent 2. A diagnosis of Alcohol Use Disorder as per DSM 5 TR. 3. A minimum 4 weeks of maintenance treatment on Naltrexone or Acamprosate or Baclofen or Topiramate 4. Subjective report of Craving severity greater than 2 on the 5-point Visual Analogue Scale
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with comorbid substance use disorders other than Alcohol and Nicotine. 2. Patients with primary psychotic or primary mood disorders. 3. Patients with a neurological disorder like multiple sclerosis, stroke, epilepsy, or encephalopathy due to any cause. 4. Patients with any intracranial metallic and electric implants. 5. Patients with comorbid organic brain syndrome and intellectual disability. 6. Pregnant and lactating females. 7. Any electronic or metallic implant.
