Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients with classical symptoms of Avabahuka. patients who had been symptomatic for more than 1 year.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patients with avabahuka secondary to another cause like metabolic, infectious arthritis, cerebrovascular accidents or fractures. patients with uncontrolled diabetes mellitus. pathological conditions of spine. pregnant women. neurological disorder. impingement syndrome. avascular necrosis
