Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Women aged between 20 and 40 years. Women who have been diagnosed with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) within the past 6 months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Women with concurrent medical conditions other than PCOS that may significantly impact the study outcomes.

It is expected that the DESSY program will lead to a significant improvement in the quality of life among women with PCOS. This improvement is likely to be observed in various domains of quality of life, encompassing physical well-being, psychological well-being, social functioning, & overall satisfaction.Timepoint: It is expected that the DESSY program will lead to a significant improvement in the quality of life among women with PCOS.
