Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All consenting adult patients who undergo Therapeutic plasma exchange in Kasturba Medical College and Hospital, Manipal will be included in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Discharge against medical advice, not willing to participate in the study, Death within 48 hours of admission.

MeasureTime frame
The rationale of performing the plasma exchange in each clinical diagnosis will be analyzed & develop a plan of action for each diagnosis for future managementTimepoint: Follow up on day 10,30 and 90 of discharge.—
