Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Female in that age group between 18 to 25 years old Having regular menstrual cycles with cycle length between 24 to30 days Experiencing an average menstrual pain intensity equal to or greater than 5 on 0-1on VAS SCALE Being able to co-operate Participant those who are willing to participate

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Female using oral contraceptive pills, hormonal therapy Female using over-the counter analgesics during menstruation to treat dysmenorrhea-associated with pain and experienced no pain relief with those analgesics
