Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients willing to participate in the study and give written informed consent Age between 30 to 60 years of either sex Patient having Fasting Blood Sugar level 126 to 200 mg per dl and Post Prandial Blood Sugar level 200 to 300 mg per dl

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnant and Lactating women Patient with Chronic complication like Diabetic Nephropathy Retinopathy and Neuropathy Patient with Acute complication like Cirrhosis of liver Pancreatitis and Hypoglycemic shock Juvenile Diabetes Type 1 Diabetes Mellitus Insulin Dependent Patients Diabetic Ketoacidosis Gestational Diabetes
