Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. both married and unmarried 2. duration of menstrual flow less than 2 days 3. reduced quantity of menstrual flow ( using less than 1-2 pads per day) 4. interval between 2 cycle exceeding more than 35 days 5. patients having yoni vedana

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. lactating mother 2. women taking OCP or having IUCD 3. women having other systemic disorders interfering with the course of the treatment
