Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. chronic as well as acute dimension of cases 2. patients of both sexes and age above 45 years 3. radiological diagnosed OA (Grade 1 to 3)will be taken 4. patient of any kind of occupation with any kind of life style

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. clinically evident cases other than OA 2. patient who requires emergency medical treatment
