Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Both males and females of age between 36 and 70 years 2. Referred cases of Type 1 & Type 2 diabetes mellitus induced chronic sensory, motor and autonomic lower extremity diabetic peripheral neuropathy 3. HbA1c level 4. Chronic symmetric sensorimotor involvement of bilateral lower limb after excluding all other causes of peripheral neuropathies 5. Self-Leeds Assessment of Neuropathic Symptoms and Signs Scale (S-LANSS) score =12 6. Willing to participate
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals with any other systemic manifestations other than diabetes like stroke, SCI, and tuberculosis 2. Diabetic ulcer in either foot 3. Significant musculoskeletal disorder of lower limbs (Amputation, fracture, strain, sprain), any surgery of lower limb 4. Fixed ankle contractures 5. Having psychiatric disorders 6. Affected speech 7. Other causes for peripheral neuropathy

Nerve Conduction Velocity 5. Sympathetic Skin Response (SSR) 6. Neuropathy and foot ulcer specific quality of life questionnaire (NeuroQoL-H) in Hindi language 7. Semi-structured interviews with open ended questions Timepoint: All the outcome measures will be assessed at baseline and after completion of 3 weeks of each (Laser therapy and Neural mobilization) intervention separately for both the groups except semi-structured interview which will conduct at 7th week after completion of each (Laser therapy and Neural mobilization) intervention including 1 week washout period between both the interventions | — |
