Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Pregnant fenale, weight 45-70 kg, age 20-35 years, height 145-165 cm, BMI 10g/dl, ASA 2, posted for elective cesarean sections.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient refusal, emergency surgeries, ASA grade 3,4, active hepatic , renal, cardiovascular, respiratory, or neurological disease, known bleeding diathesis, neuromuscular disease, local skin infection, contraindication to neuraxial anesthesia, BMI >30kg/m2, allergy to any of the study meication, placenta previa, placenta accreta, any change of plan of anesthesia
