Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Acute Kidney Injury requiring SLED 2. Requirement of vasopressors or inotropes to maintain mean arterial pressure (MAP) =60 mmHg

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Age less than 18 years 2. Patient unlikely to tolerate SLED 3. End-stage kidney disease patients 4. Patients with serum sodium less than 128 or more than 153 mEq/L at the time of randomization. 5. Patients who have received more than one session of RRT prior to randomization 6. Post neuro-surgery patients
