Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patient belonging to ASA 2-3 under going emergency LSCS with preeclampsia or chronic hypertension Gestational age 37weeks to 42 weeks
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Reffusal Allergy to above drugs Contraindications to spinal anaesthesia Morbid obesity
