Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Females between the ages of (40-60) years Females who had undergone surgery (lumpectomy, mastectomy, sentinel or axillary lymph node biopsy) for unilateral breast cancer Individuals leading a sedentary lifestyle Absence of any medical conditions that would prevent exercise

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with metastasis or other malignant tumour Individuals with bilateral breast carcinoma Presence of active or potentially severe infections Patients who had undergone surgery or pathologies in the shoulder girdle or spine due to trauma Presence of neurological conditions Presence of heart disease
