Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Children in the age group of 3 to 6 years. 2. Children requiring LA buccal infiltration for Extraction/Pulp therapy for deep carious 3. Children with Positive/Definitely Positive behaviour rating (Frankel scale 3/4) 4. First visit to dentist

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Children with Intellectual disabilities or Neurological diseases. 2. Children allergic to LA
