Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1)Presence of two or more nasal symptoms (watery rhinorrhea, nasal obstruction, sneezing, and nasal itching)17 (2) Total Nasal Symptom Score (TNSS) > 4 (3) Have given written, informed consent to participate in this study. (4) Fit for nasya

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with nasal polyps/ nasal growth/ adenoids/ asthma (2) Patients with other systemic diseases. (3) Already on treatment with antihistamines (4) Pregnant or lactating mother
