Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: All adult patients = 18 years presenting to emergency department of study sites with alleged history of poisoning.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients presenting with bites and stings and patients in cardiac arrest or brought dead on arrival.
