Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patient with a diagnosis of malignancy, aged 60 years and above 2.Patient is planned to receive systemic chemotherapy 3.Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group (ECOG) Performance Status (PS) 0 to 2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Pre-existing severe cognitive impairment 2.Any condition, that makes the performance of exercise dangerous in the opinion of the investigator, e.g., extensive lytic bone metastases 3.Diagnosis of cognitive impairment due to Parkinson’s disease 4.History of whole brain radiotherapy 5.Symptomatic brain metastases
