Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: American society of anesthesiologists physical status I or II schedule for elective surgery under general anesthesia requiring nasotracheal intubation.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with: - 1. Refusal to consent. 2. Anticipated difficult airway. 3. Body mass index > 30kg/m2 4. Pregnancy 5. Full stomach 6. Nasal deformities 7. Nasal surgery 8. Coagulation abnormalities and on anticoagulant 9. History of epistaxis
