Intervention1: PALANOSETRON: We will administer this drug 30 minutes prior to spinal anaesthesia.
Control Intervention1: Ondansetron: dose of 4 mg administered 30 min before surgery

Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Elective surgeries of Total abdominal hysterectomy and Vaginal Hysterectomy under spinal anaesthesia 2.Any other surgical procedures under spinal anaesthesia 3.ASA Grade I, II 4.BMI between 18.5 to 24.9
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patient refusal. 2.Allergy to study drug. 3.Patients with QT prolongation. 4.Patients requiring blood transfusion. 5.Patients with contraindications to spinal anaesthesia.
