Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adolescent girls having Haemoglobin level 8 to 12 gm per dl and serum ferritin level less than 30 meu g pr litre who attained menarche

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants with intermenstrual bleeding Participants with other comorbidities Participants on any other medications or health supplements in the last 4 weeks
