Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients suffering from acute anal fissure (without sentinel pile) Patients fulfilling the above mentioned diagnostic criteria irrespective of religion,occupation and socio-economic status.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient having malignancy, HIV, HbsAg will be excluded. Patient diagnosed with Diabetes Mallietus & Hypertension will be excluded. Pregnant women Patients having fissure in ano due to secondary causes like systemic disease pertaining to Colo- rectum will be excluded
