Intervention1: Steam bath and Cold chest Pack: Experimental group will consist of 25 healthy female volunteers, age between 18-25 year, from Sant Hirdaram Medical College of Naturopathy and Yogic Scie

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy female individuals of age between 18 to 25 years. Healthy female individuals without any history of systemic illness. Body Mass Index (BMI) between 18 and 25 kg/m2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants who are smokers. Participants with a history of cardiovascular pulmonary diseases. Participants having menstrual bleeding. Known cases of psychiatric illness
