Intervention1: intraperitoneal instillation: Intraperitoneal instillation will 24ml of 0.25% bupivacaine with 300mcg buprenorphine in the gall bladder fossa , upper surface of liver and hepatorenal

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA Physical status 1 and 2 Age group 18 to 60 years Elective laparoscopic cholecystectomy posted patients

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ASA Physical status 3 and 4 Patients with history of anaphylaxis to local anaesthetics and/or opioids or drugs to be used Patients with history of drug abuse and psychiatric disease Morbidly obese patients
