Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age – 18-60 years ASA – I and II
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Preoperative Anemia(Hb- Severe liver disease (Child Pugh score B or C ) Severe Heart failure(NYHA 3or 4) ESRD requiring intermittent haemodialysis Coagulation disorders Infectious disorders
