Interventions

Intervention1: OTAGO Exercise Program (OEP) : The subjects in this group received OEP training 3 days in a week for 4weeks (total 12sessions), with 40 minutes per session. Strengthening exercises:

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: .Both male and female patients .Age group 50-69 .participants with atlest Mild OA, Kellgren lawrence grade 2 to 4 .Bilateral or unilateral OA .TUG score of 13.5 seconds and above .Knee osteoarthritis according to Americal college of Rheumatology criteria; .Knee pain plus atleast 3 of the following .Age older than 50 years .Less than or equal to 30 minutes of morning stiffness .Crepitus on active movements .Bony tenderness .Bony enlargement .No palpable warmth

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 History of any surgery around the knee joint 2 History of any ligament or meniscus injury around the knee joint 3 Severe physical disability ( unable to walk even with walking aid) 4 Seizure or Neurological conditions 5 Cardiovascular disorder 6 Any contraindicating implants 7 Systemic illness RA, SLE, AS 8 Infection or open wound 9 Major psychiatric illness 10 Suspected Malignant tumor and thrombosis
