Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age group of 30 to 60 years Already diagnosed cases of pre-diabetes Individual which falls under diagnostic criteria. Individual willing to be registered for study. Individual having symptoms of pre-diabetes with the age of 30-60.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Individual who have suffering from any systemic or metabolic disorders. (Hypertension, Tuberculosis, Thyroid) 2.Individual suffering from infections like viral, bacterial and fungal 3.Traumatic, Infective, Neoplastic conditions of patient. 4.Anaemia (Hemoglobin % 5.Cardiac disease (Ischemic Heart Disease, Coronary Artery Disease, Myocardial Infarction etc.) 6.Previous major surgical history. 7.Pregnant women & lactating women. 8.Patient having any hematological and bleeding disorders. 9.Patients having Abnormal Liver function test and Renal function test (LFT & RFT) 10.Patients having Monoplegia, Paraplegia. 11.Red flag sign. (It may indicate serious symptoms such asBowel/Bladder disturbance,Cancer, RTA{Road Traffic Accident} steroid medication, HIV, Unexplained fever etc.) 12.Balyavastha (Very Young), Sthavir (Very Old), Ruksha (Perched Man), Kshata(Wounded), Kshina (Debilitated Person), Bhiru (Timid), Parishrant (Tired)
