Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All adult patients undergoing minimal invasive surgeries in steep head low position

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Paediatric patients, Patients with laryngeal carcinoma, Previous tracheostomy, Neck radiotherapy, Patients with vocal cord paralysis with clinical presentation of stridor,patients who are not extubated

The primary outcome will be the role of air column width difference(ACWD) to predict the presence of LE/stridorTimepoint: Intraoperative period
