Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Individuals in the age group 18-35 years 2) Weight Training Beginners who perform exercises for a minimum of 30 minutes for at least 3 days a week 3)Individuals who are vegetarians/vegans. 4) English speaking participants

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Individuals who do not belong to the age group of 18-35 years 2) Individuals who are heavy lifters, power lifters and bodybuilders 3) Individuals who are Ovo-vegetarians, Non- vegetarians 4)Individuals following certain FAD diets like paleo, and ketogenic diets.5)Individuals with known food allergies 6)Non-English speaking participants

Increase in Muscle Mass ,Increase in Arm Strength and Lower body strengthTimepoint: Baseline pre-supplementation and 30, 60,90 days post supplementation.
