Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: American Society of Anaesthesiologists Physical Status Grade I and II undergoing lower limb surgery under spinal anaesthesia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with known cardiovascular disease and on cardiac medications Pregnant patients

Duration of infation and deflation of the tourniquetTimepoint: Time from the inflation of tourniquet till its release.

hemodynamic parameters ,additional fluid/vasopressor requirementTimepoint: Parameters including heart rate ,systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,mean arterial pressure will be recorded from baseline,before and after spinal anaesthesia ,before and after the deflation of tourniquet for every 5 min till 30 minutes
