Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients willing to participate 2. Women of reproductive age group with abnormal uterine bleeding 3. Perimenopausal and postmenopausal females with AUB
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Uncooperative patients or patients not willing to participate 2. PID or other reproductive tract infections 3. Endometrial thickness less than or equal to 4mm or history of uterine perforation 4. Structural defects of uterus such as bicornuate or septate uterus 5. Focal uterine pathologies such as fibroid or polyp 6. Women with persistent intermenstrual or persistent irregular bleeding, and women with infrequent heavy bleeding who are obese or have polycystic ovary syndrome 7. Pregnancy 8. Women with breast cancer on tamoxifen 9. Women for whom treatment for Heavy Menstrual Bleeding has been unsuccessful
