Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with advanced solid cancers that have completed immunotherapy and are referred to us for Specialist Palliative care (SPC) 2. Patients with advanced solid cancers that have received immunotherapy for at least 2 months and are referred to us for Specialist Palliative care (SPC) 3. Age above 18 years 4. Able to give written informed consent. 5. Able to communicate and understand English/Hindi/Marathi.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with communication difficulties at presentation. 2. Patients with any distressing physical or psychological symptom at time of presentation. 3. Patients requiring urgent interventions for their distressing symptoms.
