Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age- 18 TO 58 Years Gender- Male and Female Occupation involving standing for a more than half of total working hours.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: HISTORY OF LOW BACK PAIN HISTORY OF NEUROMUSCULSR PAIN AND WEAKNESS KNOWN CASE OF DIABETES AND PERIPHERAL NEUROVASCULAR DISEASE ANY KNOWN CASE OF NEUROPATHIES PREVIOUS LUMBAR SPINE SURGERY
