Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Partcipants above the age of 18 years enrolled at University level programme will be included. Participants scoring 24-28 on psychological inflexibility(Bond et al., 2011) will be included

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Current severe depression (participants scoring 29-63 in BDI-II) and history of psychosis. 2. Current exposure of psychotherapy including ACT elsewhere
