Intervention1: LEVETIRACETAM: Among the newer AEDs levetiracetam which is commonly used, high efficacy and tolerability as monotherapy in children can reduce seizure episodes by more than 50% in major
behavioral side effects as anger, irritability & tantrums , gastrointestinal side effect in form of nausea & gastritis ,weight gain and hair loss is seen.so to see if there is any better antiepilept

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Children 1 year to 18 years of age with newly diagnosed epilepsy.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Previous treatment with AEDs prior to enrollment (2) Neurodegenerative disorder (3) Static encephalopathy (4) CNS malformation
