Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Age between 20 and 40 years 2 Subjects who will give written consent 3 Subjects who are not practicing any form of yoga or exercise in past 4 Subjects who are having major depressive disorder symptoms like depressed mood loss of interest pleasure weight loss or gain decrease concentration inappropriate guilt fatigue thoughts of suicide for more than 2 weeks

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Patients having psychotic illness like schizophrenia or schizoaffective disorder bipolar disorder 2 Substance abuse disorders like Marijuana Cocaine etc 3 Organic disorders such as dementia epilepsy or cerebrovascular disease 4 History of electroconvulsive therapy in the last 3 months 5 Musculoskeleton disorders like kyphosis scoliosis 6 Chronic diseases like Hypertension diabetes and chronic renal disease
