Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Cases of retinal vein occlusion willing to be part of the study, with onset less than 3 months. 2. Age and sex matched attendants of the patients willing to be part of the study will be taken as controls.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients having age less than 18 years. 2. Patients on vitamin D supplementation. 3. Patients with renal, hepatic and skin disease. 4. Chronic alcoholics. 5. Patients with any other ocular disease.
