Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Cases between 30-55 years 2. subjective symptoms associated with Fibromyalgia. Muscle Pain Weakness Generalized body pain 3. Ready to provide a voluntary informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any case with Piles, Fistula or Hemorrhoids
