Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.An office worker who works in the current job profile for last 12 months 2.Uses computer at least 6 hours/day in office 3.Able to read and write English 4.Participant willing to participate

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Any other work/field related work 2.Any history of Musculoskeletal or Neurological disorders such as Osteoarthritis, Rheumatoid arthritis, Radiculopathies, Migraine, Vertigo etc. 3.Any history of congenital disease 4.Any history of recent surgery 5.Any history of recent injury 6.Pregnant women
