Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 49 apparently healthy female subjects volunteering for the study. Age group: 18 – 36 years History of regular menstrual cycle Females who understand English With occurrence of PMS (According to premenstrual syndrome scale developed by Gencdogan, having total score = 80)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Females suffering from medical or psychiatric/somatic/ gynecological/ hormonal disorders Females who are not using any medication or contraceptive pills Females involved in any kind of athletic programme or practicing other forms of yogic exercises • Female subjects who were unable to perform yoga due to any reason
