Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Emergency decompressive craniectomy for Traumatic Brain Injury 2. GCS

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Polytrauma 2. Extradural hematoma 3. Known allergy to any of the study drugs 4. Pregnant patients 5. Hemodynamically unstable patients (Systolic Blood Pressure 6. History of Uncontrolled Hypertension, Coronary Artery Disease, Psychiatric Disorder, renal or hepatic dysfunction 7. Refusal to Consent
