Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subjects with class II malocclusion or end on molar relation Retrognathic mandible Age between 13 to 21 years Positive visual treatment objective ANB angle more than or equal to 4 degrees Non extraction cases Minimal crowding less than 4mm

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Presence of periodontal disease Presence of non-vital or endodontically treated teeth Medically compromised patient Subjects with previous orthodontic treatment Subjects with History of trauma in Mandibular anterior region Subjects with History of surgery in Mandibular anterior region Subjects with History or Symptoms of Temporomandibular joint disease Systemic diseases affecting bone metabolism Presence of any congenital or developmental abnormality
