Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with complaints of heavy menstrual bleeding, painful periods, irregular menstrual cycle, frequent urination, low back pain, difficulty in emptying bladder Patients with known USG findings Patients who know their birth date, time and place

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with PCOS, adenomyosis, endometriosis, CA uterus, CA cervix Menopausal women Pregnant and lactating women Patients who are not willing for the study

This study will be helpful to create separate data set which can be used as standard for earlier diagnosis of Naarthasai katti (uterine fibroid) by using Siddha diagnostic tools Naadi, Neikkuri and Maruthuva JothidaviyalTimepoint: 1 year

To find pathogenesis based on Mukkuttram by correlating all three diagnostic tools To record all 7 layers of Naadi, fibroid Naadi and to correlate with GurunaadiTimepoint: 1 year
