Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Adolescents who are able to complete 8 days training program 2 studying between the age group 17-19 years in selected higher secondary schools in rural and urban area 3Able to read and write English and Malayalam

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Adolescents who are suffering with physical/psychological health concerns 3 missing the training program 4 Receiving treatment for chronic mental health issues
