Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Students of age 13-15 years 2.Students who give assent in addition to parental consent. 3.Students who have below average and low scores of depression, anxiety or stress

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Those with severe hearing, visual or communication deficit 2.Students who are absent on the day of enrollment. 3.Students who have extremely high and high scores of depression, anxiety or stress.
