Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: -Patient Posted for elective surgery under General endotracheal anaesthesia. -Adult (Age 18-60years) -Body mass index(30-35kg/m2) -Americal society of Anaesthesiology (ASA) grade I,II

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: -Emergency Cases -Pregnancy -Renal Failure -Poor Cardio Pulmonary Reserve -Patient with Fracture Nasal bone, Fracture base of skull -Preexisting airway malformation like cervical tumors or goiter -American society of Anaesthesiology (ASA) grade - III, IV, V
