Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy recreational athletes in sports involving jumping and landing mechanics like soccer, basketball, volleyball, badminton, etc.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any acute lower extremity or spine injury that could harm the client during the testing activity. Athletes who have undergone any major surgery in the past 6 months. Athletes who are no longer training
