Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Healthy adult volunteers with normal salivary flow were included in the study. 2.Volunteers with a minimum of 28 teeth will be included. 3.Adult volunteers who are willing to participate in the study will be included. 4.Healthy adult volunteers of age 20- 30 years will be included in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Volunteers having diseased conditions like Xerostomia, Sjogren syndrome, etc. 2.Volunteers with dental restorations or dentures.
