Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: • Patients with hernia within 3cm above and below the umbilicus, i.e. Umbilical Hernias(EHS classification M3). • Patients with a hernia of size (EHS classification W1). • Patients fit to undergo Laparoscopic surgery. • Patients who are willing to give informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with liver disease with ascites. 2. Patients with peritonitis. 3. Patients with intestinal obstruction. 4. Patients with hollow viscus perforation.

To compare the feasibility of Laparoscopic TAPPu-plus as compared to Laparoscopic IPOM-plus.Timepoint: The study will be conducted over a span of one year.
