Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Overhead athletes playing sports like badminton, bowling, swimming, basketball, volleyball, gymnast, tennis, etc. 2.Both genders 3.Overhead athletes more than 18-40 years of age 4.Overhead athletes playing since the last 1 year at least. 5.Overhead athletes who can read, write and speak English.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Overhead athletes with shoulder pain 2.Overhead athletes who have undergone shoulder/neck surgery 3. Overhead athletes with traumatic injuries/fractures in the neck and upper limb. 4.Overhead athletes with neurological problems.
