Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria for mothers - 1.Primigravida 2.Ablility to read and speak either English or Kannada Inclusion criteria for infant - 1.Preterm infant in NICU 2.On room air

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria for mothers- 1.Post partum depression, Cardiovascular diseases, 2.Postpartum sepsis Exclusion criteria for infants - 1.Undergone major surgeries 2.Congenital abnormalities 3.Not on ventilation,CPAP,highflow oxygen therapy or any other assistive devices
